เป็นเกียรติอย่างสูงในการให้บริการ TSFC Wealth Service (บริการ) บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ เพื่อธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (TSFC) ให้ความสำคัญในสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวเมื่อมีการใช้บริการของเรา บริษัทขอแจ้งนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เผยแพร่ และการป้องกันข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการ ดังนี้
1. ข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าให้กับบริษัท
2. ข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้รับระหว่างที่ใช้บริการ
3. การใช้ข้อมูล
ภายหลังจากการลง Application บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลซึ่งลูกค้าอนุญาตให้บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว
1. ข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าให้กับบริษัท
ก่อนการติดตั้ง Application ลูกค้าอาจเลือกที่จะให้หรือไม่ให้ข้อมูล อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทต้องการให้ลูกค้าให้ข้อมูล เพื่อใช้บริการและทำธุรกรรม อาทิ เลขที่บัญชี เลขที่บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็น โดยลูกค้าสมัครใจที่จะให้ข้อมูลกับบริษัทที่ TSFC-Contact Center หรือลูกค้าจะให้ข้อมูลกับบริษัทช่วงระหว่างเข้าใช้บริการหรือระหว่างการทำธุรกรรม
2. ข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้รับระหว่างที่ใช้บริการ
บริษัทจะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำธุรกรรมอันได้แก่ เลขที่บัญชี ประเภทรายการ เวลา วัน รายละเอียดการทำรายการทางการเงิน เป็นต้น บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ คุณสมบัติของอุปกรณ์ เบอร์โทร PIN และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายใต้ความยินยอมของลูกค้า บริษัทอาจจะเก็บรวบรวมตำแหน่งที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน การอนุญาตให้บริษัทติดตั้ง Application บนอุปกรณ์ของลูกค้า รวมถึงการอนุญาตการใช้งาน QR-Code ทั้งนี้บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมและบันทึกรายละเอียดข้อมูลระหว่างที่ลูกค้าใช้บริการ
3. การใช้ข้อมูล
บริษัทจะใช้ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมเพื่อการตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการของบริษัท เพื่อความสะดวกและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Application บริษัทอาจติดต่อเพื่อบอกกล่าวการส่งเสริมการขายหรือแนะนำบริการใหม่ ๆ บริษัทเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่ได้รับเป็นความลับและเก็บไว้ในที่ปลอดภัยโดยไม่เปิดเผยต่อบุคคลที่ 3 ยกเว้นเป็นการเปิดเผยต่อคณะกรรมการบริษัท พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ตัวแทน ผู้ให้บริการ outsource และที่ปรึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใต้พื้นฐานหลักความจำเป็นในการรู้ข้อมูล หรือภายใต้ระเบียบ กฎหมาย คำสั่งศาล หรือหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
บริษัทจะดำเนินการปรับปรุงนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามความเหมาะสมโดยการแสดงฉบับปัจจุบันไว้

Once and after you install our Application, we will collect all of your information which you allow to share with us.
Information you choose to give us:
Prior to the installation and setup of our application, you may choose to enable or disable features on your mobile phone to allow us to access your information. We, however, need and require you to give us few information for applying the Service and do transaction ie. bank account no., Personal Identification no. and other information required by us. You will also voluntary give us some information at our TSFC-Contact Center for assistance. When you log into our application or do any transactions, you will also provide us with some information required through the Service usage.
Information we receive when you use our Service:
We may collect your information related to activities and transactions during the session time period such as your account no, transaction type, time, date, financial details of transaction amount, securities details of transaction for securities name/symbol & quantity etc. We may collect Mobile Phone Device Identifier, Mobile Phone Number, PIN, mobile network, connection type and other relevant information. On your consent, we may collect the exact location of your presence. You may allow us to install our application on your mobile phone storage space. You also may allow the camera and photo function for QR-Code features. We also collect and keep log details of information when you are on our Service.
How we use the information:
From time to time, we will use the information received to audit, improve and develop our Service(s) quality to the highest level with customer convenience and satisfaction and to comply with the applicable law, regulation. We may contact or send you promotional offers or codes for your benefits or introduction of our new service(s). We shall keep information received in confidential and keep them in the safe place and we shall not disclose information to any third party unless disclose to our directors, officers, employees, representatives, subcontract and relevant advisor only on a need to know basis unless it is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or by court or government or regulatory authority.
We may, from time to time, update our privacy policy by inserting the effective date and replacing our former privacy with our present privacy policy.
